DEVELOPMENT ORDERS – SPRAY TESTS – TESTING STATIONS
We can help with complex issues or problematic media by entering a development contract. This allows us to work with you to find a suitable solution.
For unfamiliar or specialised media, such as greases and release agents, we can conduct spray tests. This allows us to observe the spraying properties and offer an appropriate concept.
If you need demonstration systems for your technical center or customers, we will develop a suitable variant for you.
We will gladly test for you how a medium can best be applied.

Hose press-fitting
We crimp hoses from a quantity of 1 - for all common diameters or connections... including test report and certificate.

Filling / Bottling
We fill the required medium for you bubble-free in cartridges, tubes or alternative container sizes - we can also manufacture customised metal cartridges for you on request.
We also fill hoses and lines with oil, grease or fluid grease for convenient and air-free installation of a centralised lubrication system.
Would you like to fill them yourself? Then we can design and manufacture the right filling system or filling equipment for you.

Initial consultation & planning
In a first consultation you tell us your wishes and requirements, so your project can be worked on purposefully and efficiently. This is the basis for a successful realization.
Concepting & Testing
Together with you we develop a concept, that fits your requirements. If needed, we will conduct first tests, to see if everything is do-able and efficient.
Realization & Testing
After the final construction we take the project from concept to reality. It gets manufactured, assembled, and tested for functionality in comprehensive test runs.
Assembly & Commissioning
On request, the project can be installed on site by our experienced fitters and then commissioned together with you. This is how we ensure that everything works perfectly.
