The heart of a dosing system

Compressed air grease pumps can be used to convey medium-viscosity to high-viscosity lubricants (including silicone greases and silicone oils) up to NLGI class 3 efficiently and reliably. The modular design enables simple retrofitting when requirements change.

All pumps are optionally available with compressed air reducing valves and venting valves.

Pneumatic Presses

Compressed air grease pumps provide the right balance of pressure build-up and delivery rate as well as high efficiency for effective, fast & safe delivery of lubricants. Parts in contact with compressed air are protected against corrosion, which ensures a longer service life and reliable operation. High-quality materials and a special changeover valve ensure long-term process reliability.

The operating pressure of the pumps (pneumatic) is between 2 and 10 bar.
The suction pipe lengths are available in lengths from 288 to 845 mm.
