TEKAWE Progressive Systems consist of a pneumatic or electric grease pump, a grease filter and progressive distributors (modular, block or disc design).

DESIGN

The distributors can optionally be equipped with a function control. Pressure switches, contact pressure gauges or simple pressure gauges can be used for pressure monitoring. The necessary pipework, screw connections and fastening parts are
are designed according to requirements.

The design of a system depends on the number of lubrication points and the respective grease requirement. If there are more lubrication points than can be supplied directly from a progressive distributor, a main distributor must be used from which the downstream distributors are supplied.

Mode of operation

The lubricant is pumped into the main line via the grease pump and fed to the connected progressive distributors.
Depending on the size of the distributor, the lubricant reaches the connected lubrication points via the progressive distributors.
A function check monitors every cycle of the system. If a metering piston in the progressive distributor is blocked, a fault is signalled.
