Our volumetric metering valves are available in a variety of designs and cover metering ranges from 0.001 to 1000 cm³.
They ensure accurate metering and enable the precise application of the required quantity - ideal for demanding applications.
Metering valves with mounting block
0,001 - 6 cm³
Volumetric dosing valves with mounting block consist of an adjustable dosing chamber for the medium and an integrated pneumatic cylinder for control. A simple 5/2-way valve is used for control.
Thanks to the precise and clean application with maximum repeatability, you save expensive lubricant with every dosing. With the grease piston monitoring system, which can be retrofitted at any time, you can now organise your production and assembly process even more effectively and safely when greasing!
Metering valves with handle
horizontal (0,1 - 6 cm³)
Dosing valves with ergonomic handle for comfortable and easy handling. Suitable for connection to a balancer.
The lubricant supply and air supply can be connected to either the lower or rear part of the handle. The inlet and outlet of the metering chamber is opened or closed by means of a pneumatically driven control needle. The dosing volume is infinitely adjustable via an adjusting screw.

Metering valves with handle
vertical (0,1 - 6 cm³)
These dispensing valves are suitable for vertically accessible areas. The ergonomic handle with modern dosing trigger enables comfortable and handy operation. Suitable for connection to a balancer.
The desired dosing quantity is infinitely adjustable via a regulating sleeve. The repeat accuracy in the medium dosing range is +/- 2%.
The dosing valves are also available with hydraulic and pneumatic sensors, which enable simple process monitoring.
Metering Valves - PEN
with handle (1 - 200 mm³)
Maximum process reliability with the smallest dispensing volumes - with the new dispensing pen, you can dispense the smallest quantities even more precisely onto your components. Thanks to the precise and clean application with maximum repeatability, you save expensive lubricant with every dosing!
This lightweight dispensing valve is suitable for vertically accessible lubrication points. The ergonomic, attractive handle with modern dispensing trigger enables convenient and easy, handy working at the assembly point. For optimum working conditions, these dispensing valves can be mounted directly above the assembly point using a balancer.
The volumetric dispensing valve with hanging handle consists of the infinitely adjustable dispensing chamber and an integrated pneumatic cylinder for controlling the dispensing needle.
Large-Volume Metering Valve
Pneumatic or Hand-operated
The metering valve can work in conjunction with a low-pressure or medium-pressure press.
The medium is conveyed from an original container, e.g. 25, 50 or 180 kg. The dispensing volume is infinitely adjustable in the range of 100 - 1000 cm³
The dosing device is pneumatically double-acting or manually operated. This means that by activating or actuating the 4-way ball valve, the medium is introduced into the dosing chamber on one side and simultaneously pressed to the dosing point on the other side. Each time the pneumatic or manual actuator is actuated, the set dosing quantity is dispensed or the dosing chamber is refilled.
Cartridge Dosing Unit
0 - 2 cm³
For a wide range of applications on small and medium-sized machines.
The cartridge metering unit is a pneumatically operated unit that can supply the desired, adjustable quantity of lubricant to the bearing and friction points at intervals. The grease metering unit is infinitely adjustable ( 0...2 cm³ ) and includes a single-acting drive cylinder, mounting bracket and container for holding grease cartridges with a maximum capacity of 400 grams or loose grease for filling with a maximum capacity of 500 grams.
The grease can be installed in any position. For oil, ensure vertical installation. The pneumatic drive cylinder is pressurised with compressed air via a 3/2-way valve (optional).
The device must be vented before commissioning.
Cartridge Conveyor Station
1 - 5 kg
The compressed air grease supply system is a cost-effective system for pumping expensive lubricants, including silicone greases and silicone oils, from cartridges and small containers. The pump can be easily and directly connected to all available dispensing valves.
This model is suitable for 1 to 5 kg containers or for 400 g cartridges in accordance with DIN 1284. The small container pump is characterised by:
- Compact design
- Pumping directly from the original container
- Long service life
- Replaceable follower plate and scraper
- Automatic pump stop with acoustic empty signal (optional)
The station is suitable for containers with an internal diameter of 80 - 300 mm and a maximum container height of 285 mm.
Cartridge Pump
up to 500 g
This model is suitable for pumping lubricants from cartridges weighing up to 500 grams. As an option, this cartridge pump can be started and stopped via an electrically controlled directional control valve. The electric empty signal, which is also available as an option, can be used to recognise when the cartridge needs to be replaced.
