Point Application / Line Application

In many applications, spot or linear grease application is necessary or advisable.
Our precise outlet valves achieve an even application of grease. Precisely metered quantities can be applied in a circular, linear or punctiform manner, intermittently or continuously.

The highest cycle frequency is approx. 200 cycles per second.

Spray Valve

For use in spraying systems or the TEKA-exacto Spray

Optimum wetting of cavities or moulds can often only be achieved by spraying on the medium.

With the spray valves we offer, liquid media such as oils or release agents can be applied in a fine spray.

Our spray valves are available with different spray angles and, thanks to their slim design, are particularly suitable where many cavities / moulds need to be wetted simultaneously.

Many applications require the spraying of flat or circular application moulds.
Our precise spray valves achieve an even application of grease. The spray valves are suitable for both continuous and intermittent application and are ideal for wetting surfaces and moulds.

Release Agent Spraying System

TEKA exacto Spray

With the TEKAWE ‘TEKA exacto Spray’ spraying system, low-viscosity media such as water, release agents and oils can be sprayed precisely and accurately.
The TEKA exacto Spray precisely wets the intended moulds or surfaces and can be adapted to almost all customer-specific requirements.

The precise spraying (no overrun) of an exactly defined quantity at the right time in the right place results in high material savings. This results in a clean working environment, so that in most cases there is no need for expensive extraction or time-consuming cleaning of the mould.
