Container Lift Systems
Delivery from original containers
Container-Lift-Systems for efficient and clean conveying.
Our container lift systems have a pneumatic lifting device which, in combination with a scraper cover, ensures optimum suction behaviour, air-free conveying and complete emptying of the grease container.
All systems are equipped with an integrated control and lifting device and are available in three different press designs to ensure flexible and needs-based utilisation.

Grease delivering system as an intermediate storage system
(uninterruptible grease supply)
How it works
The grease pump is switched on by pressing the START button after the scraper has been moved into the container using the 2-hand control. If the container is almost empty, an acoustic warning signal sounds briefly.
When the container is empty, the system switches off automatically and a continuous acoustic signal sounds. This must be switched off manually by the operator. This ensures that the operator recognises the empty container and prevents the pump from running empty.
The grease pump, including the scraper, can now be raised using the selector switch. In this position, a full container of material can now be inserted or the empty container can be replaced.
Mobile Lubrication Station
Time-saving and simplified maintenance
This system is used to lubricate components, systems and machines.
The amount of lubricant can be individually adjusted and stored so that the components to be lubricated always receive the exact same amount of lubricant. The grease is metered at a pressure of at least 50 bar.
The medium to be processed (grease) is applied using an HP gun (PN 400). The quantity of grease previously determined and stored in the control unit is recorded by a volume counter. As soon as the desired quantity is reached, a 2/2-way valve closes the discharge line.
