The TEKAWE-Metering System
A dosing system consists of a powerful grease pump for conveying the medium, a sophisticated pipe system and application elements for dosing or spraying. Precise dosing allows you to reduce material waste and cut your production costs at the same time.
Our systems enable the exact and volume-accurate application of the medium used. Whether directly from the original container using our drum lift systems and grease conveyor systems or via individual presses - we offer flexible solutions. We also offer the option of filling other containers or cartridges, which makes handling even more convenient.
TRANSPORT
Pneumatic grease guns can be used to efficiently convey lubricants (including silicone greases) up to NLGI class 3.
To convey directly from the container (from 1-180 kg), we have various drum lift systems and grease conveyor systems in our programme.
