Spray Lubrication Technology

Spray dispenders with volumetric metering (intermittent) consist of the spray dispenser housing, the metering valve and an adjustable air throttle valve.

Spray distributors with throttle (continuous) consist of the spray dispenser housing, a throttle housing, a distance housing with capillary throttle and an air throttle valve.

Housing material: Aluminium
Pressure range: 15-100 bar
Temperature range: -30°C - +80°C

Minimal-Lubrication / Oil-Air-Lubrication

Minimum quantity lubrication is a modern and efficient method of lubricating workpieces. This technology represents a further development of traditional wet lubrication and offers numerous advantages in terms of efficiency, costs and environmental compatibility.

advantages

Reduced lubricant consumption:

Minimum quantity lubrication requires significantly less lubricant than traditional wet lubrication, resulting in lower operating costs.

Environmental friendliness:

The reduced use of lubricants minimises the environmental impact. Less waste is produced and disposal costs are reduced.

Improved working conditions:

As less lubricant is used, the working environment remains cleaner and safer.

Longer tool life:

Precise lubrication leads to less wear and tear on workpieces, which extends their service life and further reduces production costs.

FunCtion

Minimum quantity lubrication is a process in which a minimal but precisely metered oil-air mixture is applied directly to the machining point. In contrast to wet lubrication, in which the workpiece is completely surrounded by lubricant, minimum quantity lubrication relies on targeted and economical application of the lubricant.

With our minimum quantity lubrication systems, we guarantee reliable and precise dosing and always deliver the lubricant optimally to the machining point.
