Components
for delivery to the lubrication points
Versatile application elements ensure that the required quantity of lubricant is applied to exactly the right position on the machine.
Metering Valves
Metering valves (dynamic) ensure the volumetric delivery of the lubricant to the lubrication points. For precise metering, they must be actuated in pulses by the relevant centralised lubrication pump. A fine screen filter on the inlet side protects the metering valves and lubrication points from contamination.
Available in two versions:
- Screw-in Version: With union nut and double cone ring, sealed with an aluminium sealing disc.
- Push-in Version: With push-in connection and spherical seat, metallically sealed in the distributor.
Available metering quantities:
5 / 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000 mm³ per stroke
Available in the following materials:
Galvanised steel, brass, galvanised brass, nickel-plated brass, stainless steel
Meter Cartridges
Cartridge metering valves are specially adapted metering valves that offer optimal solutions when a smooth machine surface is required for functional or aesthetic reasons.
On machines that need to remain particularly clean (e.g. packaging machines), a conventional lubrication system can attract dirt. Sizing cartridges have been developed for such applications. They can be pressed into moulded holes in the machine bed, leaving a smooth surface. Alternatively, manifold blocks are available that accommodate the cartridges and provide a smoother surface compared to conventional metering valves.
Available metering quantities:
10 / 20 / 30 / 50 mm³ per stroke
Material: Brass bright
Air bleed valve
with spigot-nut and double cone-ring
An air-bleed valve is a metering valve modiied in its functions.
Its main function is to bring the invaded air out of the lubrication system. It is to attach at the air collection point (end of line, high positioned pipe bend).
In a regular case the air- bleed valve applicates the lubricant which is supposed to be the lubrication point or be lead back to the lubricant-reservoir.
In order to start up the system this valve prefers the air-vent in the main line.
It could be combined with:
Tubes consisting of PA, aluminium, copper (CU), bare steel tube
Oil brushes / spray pipes
for contact lubrication
We supply application brushes in a wide variety of designs and materials. Brush length and shape are customised depending on the application and customer requirements. For example, corrugated brushes prevent dripping and hold the oil like a sponge.
Spray tubes (drip tubes):
Spray tubes with a 4 mm nozzle diameter are available in lengths of 150 mm and 300 mm.
