LUBRICATE
Lubrication Technology
...so that everything runs smoothly.
We ensure the right lubrication. In the right quantity. At the right time.
Centralised lubrication Systems. Spray Systems. Lubrication Systems.
The TEKAWE centralised lubrication system
is designed to meet the highest standards of precision and reliability. It delivers the predefined quantity of lubricant with exacting accuracy to the friction points of the operating machine at the optimal time and pressure, ensuring a consistently high level of performance.
We offer the following systems for a wide range of media:
- Single-line Systems
- Chain Lubrication / Spray Lubrication
- Twin-line Systems
- Progressive Systems
Central Lubrication Pumps
for oils and fluid greases.
Valve-controlled piston pumps or gear pumps for installation and attachment with static and dynamic metering valves.
The pump consists of a basic version and can be completed with containers in various sizes and materials.
We offer 4 drive types: pneumatic / hydraulic / electric / manual
Application Elements
Metering Valves / Greasing Tools / Brushes
Dynamic metering valves are used for volumetric delivery of the lubricant to the lubrication points. Metering cartridges (with sieve filter) are a variant of these valves, whereby the external shape has been adapted to special installation conditions.
Greasing Tools (internal or external greasing) are precisely adapted to the part to be greased and manufactured to customer specifications.
Other application elements are e.g. spray nozzles, drip pipes, brushes, paintbrushes etc.
Minimal Lubrication
also Spray Lubrication as Oil-Air-Lubrication
Oil-air lubrication is used where a minimal, finely distributed oil-air flow must be continuously supplied to a friction point.
It can also be used in conjunction with our water spray unit for wetting baked goods.
Spray distributors with volumetric metering work according to the proven principle of the TEKAWE single-line centralised lubrication system.
Quantities of 5-250 mm³ can be sprayed in metered quantities.
Chain Lubrication
Less wear & a longer lifespan of the chains
Chain pins, sprockets, bearings and drives must be adequately lubricated. Depending on the design of the conveyor system and the operating conditions, oils or fluid greases can be used as lubricants.
Optimum lubrication is achieved by an automatic TEKAWE chain lubrication system.
Automatic systems can be controlled by pulses from sensors on the chain or sprocket.
