Anwendungsbereiche sind vor allem Schmier- und Sprühanlagen für Maschinenhersteller.

Tropfrohre eignen sich gut als Kettenschmierung oder überall dort, wo punktuell Medium aufgebracht werden muß.

Muss das Medium über eine größere Distanz appliziert werden und eine Kontaktbenetzung ist nicht möglich, wird das Medium mit Extrusionsventilen geschossen (Punkt oder Linienauftrag).

Contact-free wetting

With precision spray valves, the medium can be sprayed finely without dripping.
Contactless wetting in particular is often desired in areas where hygiene is important.

For chain lubrication, each individual chain link must be wetted to minimize chain wear. Dripping devices can be adjusted in conjunction with a sensor so that they wet the chain link with oil with pinpoint accuracy.

If the medium is to be applied over a certain distance without contact, we offer metering valves with special nozzles that shoot (“jet”) the medium.
