Oils are essential in mechanical engineering, reducing friction and extending the service life of machine components.
Our lubrication systems are the ideal choice for oils with a viscosity range of 10 to 750 mm²/s and fluid grease with an NLGI class of 000 to 0. We are ready to assist with other viscosities upon request.

Central lubrication systems for oils and fluid greases
Wherever parts slide against each other or shafts rotate, lubricant must be supplied reliably to reduce friction and prevent wear.
Low viscosity oils have excellent flow properties, which means they can easily penetrate narrow gaps and hard-to-reach areas. This is particularly important for the lubrication of high-precision machine components where even distribution of the lubricant is required.
Manual individual lubrication, with its high labor costs and a multitude of possible errors, is no longer economically viable in the age of advanced automation.
A TEKAWE centralized lubrication system fulfils even the highest requirements, as the predefined quantity of lubricant is supplied to the friction points of the operating machine at the right time and at the right pressure.
Used technology
Pump 10 P / 50 P
Valve-controlled piston pump for lubricating oils and fluid greases with delivery volumes of 10 cm³ / stroke or 50 cm³ / stroke.
Metering valves
Metering valves (dynamic) are used for volumetric delivery of the lubricant to the lubrication points.
Lubrication point lines
When selecting the line material, the operating temperatures, operating pressures, external influences and, if applicable, the installation options (e.g. on the machine) must be taken into account. All lines should be kept as short as possible.
