Central lubrication system

Wood, paper and packaging processing machines often require a central lubrication system that provides oil or fluid grease to ensure proper functionality.

Our systems are custom-designed based on factors like machine type, lubricant, number of greasing points and lengths of piping.

Metering valves in different sizes are primarily used for automatic lubrication. Manual lubrication using grease nipples or automated greasing are also possible.

Automatic central lubrication system

A woodworking machine, including edge banding, was equipped with 50 lubrication points. Each metering valve (equivalent to a lubrication point) precisely supplies 25 mm³ of lubricant. This system ensures trouble-free and efficient function of the machine and significantly increases its lifespan.

Lubrication of Three-blade trimmer

The blades of a fully automated paper cutting machine are lubricated with a wafer-thin layer of silicone oil on precise positions. The oil is applied by spray valves with flexible, special nozzle extensions. Cutting residues do not stick to the blades, ensuring that the machine operates smoothly without any rejects occurring during the cutting process.

Particularly when packaging food products, it is important to ensure that the product is not contaminated and that the machine is not over-lubricated. The metering valves only dispense a predefined quantity of fluid grease and ensure trouble-free lubrication.

Our metering valves, which are actuated by TEKAWE pumps, ensure precise metering and reliable lubrication of your machines. The dispensing lines are equipped with a pressure switch as standard and can be optionally extended with a flow sensor. This combination guarantees you maximum process reliability and efficiency. Every metering valve is quality-tested to 100% in our company to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
