The radial shaft seal lubrication system improves efficiency and precision in the manufacturing and assembly of radial shaft seals. It is equipped with four mandrels for storing different sealing rings and holders to fit up to four sizes.

An LED display shows the correct fit and the greasing process. The grease ring is automatically applied and flattened to ensure even lubrication. After greasing, the rotary shaft seals are automatically ejected, which further optimizes the production process.

The lubricating system for deep holes is designed to completely lubricate three 200 mm deep holes with adhesive at the same time. The workpiece is precisely centered by a lifting unit and cycled by a rotary table after each lubrication. A total of 52 deep holes are processed in 18 cycles. The automatic conveyor mechanism ensures that after each complete dispensing, a workpiece is removed from the dispensing area and the next one is positioned, ensuring a continuous and efficient production process.

Our proven barrel system for 200-liter barrels has been upgraded to a tandem configuration to ensure continuous material delivery. The tandem system was specially developed for a customer and features an electrical control system with an HMI panel and additional cooling for tropical climate conditions on site.

As soon as one barrel is empty, the system automatically switches to the second barrel. LED signal lights alert the operator in time to the upcoming barrel change.
