Our release agent spraying systems apply wafer-thin layers of release agent to cavities and molds during the production process so that the end product can be removed smoothly out of the mold.

Our spraying systems apply glazing or browning agents to dough pieces and baked goods on all standard baking trays - precise, clean and extremely efficient. The result is a golden browning and a radiant shine on your high-quality baked goods, thanks to a perfectly coordinated process.

Alternatively, the spray system can also be used for simple moistening of a wide variety of food types.

Breitstrahl-Sprüheinheit

The wide jet spray unit is integrated inside the oven and coats baked goods with a fine mist of water during the baking process, creating a shiny and crispy crust.

It is also capable of spraying a water-oil mixture, is operator friendly, durable, and ideal for bakeries, commercial kitchens and pâtisseries. This system improves the appearance and taste of baked goods and ensures consistent quality in large quantities.

The “TEKA exacto Spray” spraying system is ideal for spraying low-viscosity media such as water, release agents and oils with precision and accuracy.
The TEKA exacto Spray precisely covers the intended shapes or surfaces and can be adapted to almost all customer-specific requirements.

The precise spraying (no run-on or dripping) of an exactly defined quantity at the right time in the right place results in high material savings. This leads to a clean working environment, so that in most cases there is no need for expensive extractions or time-consuming cleaning of the mold.
