To ensure maximum process reliability, we use high precision metering valves in addition to our proven barrel lubrication systems and UFV systems (EN: uninterruptible grease supply). These enable efficient and precise lubricant application in bores and on surfaces.

Greasing hydraulic cylinder pistons

This example of a greasing system for pistons in hydraulic cylinders ensures precise dispensing and reduces the consumed amount of grease. The grease is applied evenly over 360° of the guide surface, which greatly facilitates the further process.

A height-adjustable work table enables ergonomic working. A signal light shows the greasing status and the barrel system makes it easier to change barrels.

Greasing of switch housing

Our greasing system ensures precise lubrication, reduces noise and grease consumption. Automatic spraying devices and greasing lances apply the grease specifically to the lower area of the gearshift housing.

High precision valves, controlled by air, distribute the grease evenly. This technology increases the efficiency and lifespan of the components and optimizes the lubrication of the gearshift housing.

Greasing of gear shafts

This customized shaft greasing system with two precise greasing heads lubricates the internal splines of the drive shaft and the external splines of the flanged shaft in two fully automated work phases.

The precise dosing of the material via state-of-the-art spray nozzles ensures optimum and equal distribution on the workpieces while increasing efficiency.

Greasing heads are often designed in conjunction with the corresponding metering valves, which apply the desired amount of grease to the right places.

Outlet bores can be provided either for greasing internal diameters or external contours.

We also offer a variety of spray valves that are designed for contactless lubrication and can apply even the smallest quantities with high precision.

Spraying valves

Efficient spray valves in various designs for precise, intermittent or continuous spraying - pneumatic, electropneumatic or airless.

Spray valves are suitable for the application of low to high viscosity fluids. The required spray pattern is adjusted using air caps and nozzle extensions.
